Summary:
We are seeking dedicated professionals who will be responsible for making outbound calls to assisted living facilities, introducing services, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-ups. Requires strong communication skills, sales experience, and CRM familiarity. Healthcare sector knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to owners and administrators of assisted living facilities.
• Introduce services/products and effectively communicate their value proposition.
• Qualify prospects by identifying needs, challenges, and interest levels.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, connections, and qualified leads.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business owners professionally.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge or prior experience in the assisted living or healthcare sector is a plus.
