Travel Operations Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in travel consultancy or travel agency operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for creating seamless and personalized travel experiences.

The role involves understanding clients’ travel needs, developing customized itineraries, managing bookings, and providing end-to-end travel assistance while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, budgets, and expectations.
Develop and recommend customized travel itineraries based on clients’ needs.
Manage end-to-end bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and travel insurance.
Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance on visa requirements, travel documentation, and destination regulations.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and special travel requests efficiently.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Stay informed about travel trends, airline policies, destination updates, and industry regulations.
Address and resolve customer queries or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all bookings and travel arrangements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of travel booking processes, destinations, and travel documentation.
Ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple bookings and client requests.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
