Summary

The Investor Relations Manager focuses on building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective investors by actively communicating the firm’s investment strategy, performance, and portfolio updates, with the primary goal of attracting and retaining existing investor trust through regular reporting, presentations, and relationship management; essentially ensuring investor satisfaction. This role is vital in fostering strong relationships with investors, supporting investor onboarding, and driving engagement with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional service to our investors.

Responsibilities

Investor Support and Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries about our products, services, and processes.
    • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to ensure investor satisfaction and build long-term trust.

Client Onboarding Support:

    • Guide new investors through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new investors.

Investor Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain regular communication with current investors to encourage continued participation with Guidance Investments.
    • Provide updates on industry trends, and company initiatives to deepen relationships and strengthen engagement.

Team Training and Development:

    • Assist in training team members on our product offerings to enhance their understanding and effectiveness in serving investors.
    • Share insights and best practices to promote team growth and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in investor relations, customer service, or a related role within the mortgage or financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and investment strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong awareness of Muslim/American community culture
  • Multilingual – excellent English skills plus Arabic or Urdu.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
