We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Outbound Verification and Transfer Associate to serve as a critical link in our sales and customer service pipeline. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects, perform essential basic information verification, and execute seamless, professional transfers to the relevant internal teams. This is a fast-paced, target-based role that requires exceptional multitasking skills, superior organizational abilities, and deep efficiency in using CRM systems to manage and update high volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students (customers in USA)
• Explain the benefits of our education referral service.
• Collect and verify basic information of customers
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements (skills and qualifications)

• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and persuasive communication.
• Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity.
• Prior experience in sales (prior experience on Eddy step1 or step 2 would be preferred)
