Job Objective
This position supports the Manager HR/Team Lead HR in executing day-to-day administrative Human Resources functions, including HR information systems, associate records, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Information & Records Management (35%)
- Maintain and manage associate data in HRIS (e.g., SmartHCM), including personal, educational, and employment records.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date associate personal files.
- Maintain records related to compensation, health, and medical insurance.
- Initiate and follow up on associate ID creation requests.
2. Associate Documentation & Onboarding (25%)
- Prepare and manage all associate documentation.
- Share onboarding documents with new hires and support the onboarding process.
- Create and issue associate ID badges.
- Handle verification requests (employment and banking) for current and ex-associates.
3. Associate Relations (15%)
- Follow up on associate confirmations and salary revisions as per company policy.
- Assist in addressing and resolving associate grievances in a timely and professional manner.
4. Administrative Support & Coordination (25%)
- Coordinate HR-related meetings and document minutes.
- Support payroll processes, including manual attendance verification.
- Liaise with relevant departments for data validation and processing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

- Working knowledge of HRIS and related systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or personnel administration.
