Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Travel Agent, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional travel planning services. This role involves advising clients, creating customized travel itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements
• Design and recommend customized travel itineraries
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and travel insurance
• Provide accurate information on visas, travel documents, and destination requirements
• Manage changes, cancellations, and special travel requests
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and industry regulations
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
