Summary:

The Customer Services Associate will be a part of the Concierge Team. The associate will act as the central point of coordination between customers, Real Estate Agents, and Loan Officers. The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth customer journeys from assignment to closing, while maintaining professional communication and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign Real Estate Agents to customers promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure agents actively engage and schedule property showings.
  • Track agent activity to confirm they are catering to assigned customers and conducting property tours.
  • Escalate cases where agents are non-responsive or underperforming.
  • Communicate with Loan Officers to obtain updates on customers’ financial progress.
  • Relay financing status to customers and agents in a timely manner.
  • Make outbound calls, send texts, and emails in a highly professional manner.
  • Maintain clear, courteous, and structured communication at all times.
  • Update and manage customer records in Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and next steps.
  • Drive cases from assignment to closing, meeting KPIs for conversion and timelines.
  • Handle multiple customers and agents simultaneously without compromising quality.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Clear, professional, and confident verbal communication skills with American accent.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: Proven motivation and tendency to not only meet but exceed performance metrics and targets in a goal-oriented environment.
  • CRM System Proficiency: Demonstrable experience and comfort in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for data entry, look-up, and account tracking.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple screens, databases, and processes simultaneously while maintaining call quality.
  • Detail Orientation: High attention to detail, essential for accurate information verification and data entry.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-months of prior experience in an outbound call center, tele-sales, or verification role.
