Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Pizza Pizza team, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently process pizza orders received via telephone. This role offers a structured career progression, commencing at Level 1 (Order Taking), from there, you’ll advance to Level 2 (Customer Service), then to Level 3 (Catering), and finally to the Level 4 (Escalated Queue). Throughout your professional journey, your overarching objective will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through the delivery of outstanding service in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls to take customer pizza orders, communicate with Franchise Stores and also the supervisors from our client team.
  • Accurately input order details into designated portal, including special requests, while actively engaging in upselling opportunities and adhering to all established guidelines and restrictions.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding menu items, current promotions, available payment options, and estimated delivery or pickup times.
  • Efficiently and courteously resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure all customer interactions consistently meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and service excellence.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in order entry and all aspects of customer engagement.
  • Stay thoroughly updated on all menu changes, pricing adjustments, and promotional offers.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to accurately input information.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
  • Technical Setup:
    • A personal laptop or PC.
    • Stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
    • A reliable backup internet connection (mobile data plan recommended).
    • An uninterrupted workflow supported by a reliable electricity backup (UPS/solar system recommended).
    • Professional headphones with an integrated microphone.
    • A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, be on call, and accommodate additional hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professionalism Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to perform and behave professionally with customers efficiently under pressure.
