• Maintain a quality score of 95% or above on all interactions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and customer-centric approach in all communications.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• Prior experience in a mortgage campaign or similar sales role.
• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and close deals.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
