Summary

We are looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support the deployment, automation, monitoring, and maintenance of our development and production environments. The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, server administration, and modern DevOps practices to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Hetzner.
• Monitor application performance, server health, and infrastructure availability.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and networking issues.
• Assist in database administration, backup, and recovery processes.
• Maintain development, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure.
• Research and implement AI-powered DevOps tools to improve automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Requirements (skills and qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Hetzner.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Good understanding of SDLC and DevOps best practices.
• Knowledge of server administration (Linux/Windows) and networking fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of databases and database administration.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) is an advantage.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered DevOps tools and automation platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
