Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive Assistant to support Account Executives in managing their customer pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage processes, excellent communication skills with a clear American accent, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sensitive customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-check data for verification and upload into internal systems securely.
- Reach out to customers to ensure they are receiving outstanding service.
- Monitor progress from Pre-Qualification to Full Approval and resolve any issues.
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
- Manage and track pipelines for Account Executives to ensure productivity.
- Coordinate daily workflow and priorities with Account Executives.
- Maintain organized records and follow-ups using Excel and CRM tools.
- Understand the end-to-end home financing process including pre-qualification, underwriting, and closing.
- Provide insights and support to customers navigating the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate, mortgage, or home financing support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear American accent.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations responsibly.
- Familiarity with Islamic financing principles is a plus (training provided if needed).
