French-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. This is a work-from-home position, where you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing pizza orders received by telephone while providing professional and friendly customer service in French and English.

This role offers a structured career progression, beginning at Level 1 – Order Taking, followed by Level 2 – Customer Service, Level 3 – Catering, and ultimately Level 4 – Escalated Queue. As you progress through each level, you will take on additional responsibilities while continuing to focus on customer satisfaction, accuracy, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, primarily serving customers in French.
Accurately process customer pizza orders received by telephone and enter all relevant details into the designated ordering portal.
Capture special requests and order instructions accurately while identifying appropriate upselling opportunities.
Communicate effectively with Franchise Stores and supervisors from the client team to support smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding menu items, promotions, payment options, and estimated delivery or pickup times.
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service-related issues in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Ensure all customer interactions consistently meet established standards for quality, accuracy, professionalism, and service excellence.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in order entry and customer communication.
Stay up to date on menu changes, pricing updates, new offerings, promotional campaigns, and applicable service guidelines.
Follow all established company policies, procedures, guidelines, and restrictions while handling customer interactions and orders.

Requirements

French Language Proficiency

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French.
Strong working proficiency in English to communicate effectively with internal teams, Franchise Stores, and supervisors.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with French-speaking customers.
