Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding, and orientation. Maintain recruitment records and reports, track hiring metrics, coordinate verifications and training, and support recruitment marketing initiatives to ensure timely and effective hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Handling:
- Receives applications for all jobs sent through various channels (external websites, SmartHCM Recruitment Portal, email, walk-ins, and referrals).
- Conducts the stage 1 interview over the phone and in person and shortlists candidates for the stage 2 interview.
- Facilitates the stage 2 or second interviews.
- Sends invitations and reminders for Panel Interviews and facilitates the panel interviews.
- Maintains referral tracking sheet and applicants’ contact information.
- Record keeping of time to hire, Vacancy Fill Rate, Offer acceptance ratio and maintaining a diverse pipeline of candidates.
2. Orientation:
- Schedules Company Orientation for new hires.
- Sends a training list to Training and System and Process with complete information about each trainee’s campaign
3. Data Management and Reporting:
- Prepares a daily hiring report indicating the daily hiring routine.
4. Recruitment Marketing Techniques:
- Evaluates and employs effective recruitment marketing techniques to attract candidates (e.g., social media campaigns, job fairs).
- Keeps a track of percentage of hires done through different channels.
5. Coordination and Support:
- Conducts and coordinates callbacks, reference checks, and verifications.
- Assists in all recruitment-related activities internally and externally.
- Takes regular feedbacks from new recruits, following FIP.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other attributes
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to react in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with all levels of professionals.
- Staffing industry experience.
- Able to organize and prioritize your goals on a daily basis.
- Must be computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet.
- Strong talent acquisition skills.
Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources as a recruiter (BPO experience preferred)
