Over the course of the drive, approximately 20–26 candidates were screened through a combination of initial assessments and one-on-one interactions. This dual approach allowed us to evaluate not just academic credentials, but also communication skills, cultural fit, and professional potential. Standout candidates were then shortlisted and invited to our office for final in-person interviews, giving both sides the opportunity for a deeper, more meaningful conversation.
