Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate high-quality leads for our U.S.-based real estate agents by conducting outbound calls to prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in a similar lead generation or cold-calling environment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospects to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of client’s real estate services to potential customers.
- Engage with prospects in a professional and compelling manner to gather key information and assess their needs.
- Accurately document all prospect interactions and information in the CRM system.
- Successfully schedule qualified appointments and hand off leads to the client.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current real estate market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient lead-to-closing process.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience in a similar outbound sales, cold-calling, or lead generation role.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in the real estate industry is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
