About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer to join our frontend engineering team. You will drive the development of our core web applications using Next.js 16, ensuring they are fast, scalable, and SEO-optimized. You will work closely with product and design teams to build pixel-perfect interfaces while maintaining strict standards for code quality, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Next.js 16 Architecture: Build and maintain scalable web applications using the latest Next.js 16 features, including the App Router, React Server Components (RSC), and Server Actions.
• Performance Optimization: Architect for speed by implementing code-splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, and caching strategies to ensure excellent Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).
• Technical SEO: Implement advanced SEO strategies, including dynamic metadata generation, structured data (JSON-LD), semantic HTML, and Open Graph tags.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate high-fidelity Figma/Sketch designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, and accessible (WCAG compliant) interfaces.
• API Integration: Robustly integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing authentication flows (JWT/OAuth) and efficient data fetching.
• Testing & Quality: Ensure application stability through unit and integration testing (Jest/React Testing Library) and participate in code reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• React & Next.js Core: Strong mastery of React.js fundamentals and Next.js 16 proficiency (App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR). Deep understanding of state management libraries.
• Frontend Engineering & Performance: Advanced JavaScript proficiency (ES6+). Proven experience in performance tuning and SEO expertise (search crawler rendering, Metadata API).
• UI/UX & Styling: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Styled Components.
• Tooling & DevOps: Version control (Git/GitHub), build tools (Vite, Turborepo), and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

• TypeScript (strongly preferred).
• Headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi).
• Edge Middleware and serverless functions.
• WCAG 2.1 standards.
