Full-time Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and sign up real estate agents in the U.S. to join our client’s office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communicating with U.S. real estate professionals, an excellent understanding of the industry, and a proven ability to build relationships and close agreements.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to real estate agents in the U.S. via phone, email, and other channels to introduce the client’s office and its value proposition.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and opportunities of joining the client’s team.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to securing a signed agreement.
- Track all communications and progress in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the client’s management to align recruitment strategies with their growth goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience working directly with real estate agents in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of successfully signing up clients or partners.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. real estate industry and the challenges agents face.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently to achieve recruitment goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other communication tools.
