Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives within our Final Expense Sales Team. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic projects to improve sales performance and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with sales agents, trainers, and compliance teams to streamline processes.
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership.
- Manage onboarding and training schedules for new hires.
- Implement CRM and sales tools to enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Final Expense products and sales cycles.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
