Key Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Officer, you will:

• Work on assigned projects across different functions under expert supervision
• Support daily operational and management activities
• Learn and apply leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced BPO and services environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduate or 1 year Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
• Strong English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Readiness to work in Night Shift
