Summary:
The role is responsible for engaging with investors through outbound and inbound calls to introduce services and products, assess client needs, and generate qualified leads. The position focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting account setup and maintenance, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also contributes to achieving sales and performance targets while upholding high standards of professionalism and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to investors and manage inbound inquiries effectively.
- Introduce company services and products, clearly communicating their value propositions.
- Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, challenges, and level of interest.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects to support conversion and long-term relationships.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
- Assist new clients with account creation and onboarding processes.
- Support clients with account amendments and address account-related issues
- Follow up on signed documentation and pending transactions to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, connections, and qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with investors and clients.
- Proven ability to conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries confidently and professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in lead qualification, prospecting, and conversion.
- Ability to clearly explain products and services and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Excellent follow-up and time-management skills to manage multiple leads, documents, and transactions.
- Ability to identify client needs, address concerns, and guide clients through account-related processes.
