Summary: 

We are hiring Level 1 Technical Support and Customer Service Representatives who will manage an existing book of business, support customer tickets, and deliver a high level of technical and service excellence. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for basic troubleshooting, customer success, and light upselling when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 customer support for HVAC energy management systems. 
  • Handle incoming customer queries, technical issues, and ticket resolution. 
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers. 
  • Act as an account manager—ensuring satisfaction, support, and identifying upsell opportunities. 
  • Document interactions, escalate complex issues, and follow up on resolutions. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and client-side stakeholders. 
  • Uphold high standards of service, integrity, and professionalism.

Requirements (skills and qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical Engineering (or related field). 
  • Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or account management. 
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems or mechanical/electrical systems is a strong plus. 
  • Basic proficiency in AI tools and comfort using modern support platforms (CRM, ticketing systems). 
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal (English). 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset. 
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus. 
  • Previous experience in the energy, HVAC, or facility management sectors. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a book of business and handle upselling/cross-selling.
