Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote residential Roofing/Solar, using an approved script.
- Goal for Live Transfers is 2 qualified live transfers per day
- Adhere to campaign and QA guidelines
- Transfer qualified leads to the client over the phone and meet monthly sales targets
- Record customer details and sales information into CRM system accurately
- Attend regular training sessions to keep updated with product knowledge and sales techniques
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with campaign requirements and QA protocols.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Education
- Intermediate or equivalent
Skills
- Communication – Good English communication skills
- Empathy – Building rapport by genuinely understanding the customer’s perspective
- Patience – Staying calm and professional, even with challenging customers
- Active Listening – Understanding customer needs and responding appropriately
Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry is required
