Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Outbound Verification and Transfer Associate to serve as a critical link in our sales and customer service pipeline. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects, perform essential basic information verification, and execute seamless, professional transfers to the relevant internal teams. This is a fast-paced, target-based role that requires exceptional multitasking skills, superior organizational abilities, and deep efficiency in using CRM systems to manage and update high volumes of data.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Communication: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to engage with customers and verify account or contact information.
  • Verification and Qualification: Perform basic verification checks over the phone according to strict company protocols to ensure the integrity and quality of the lead or contact before transfer.Call Transfer: Efficiently and professionally transfer verified and qualified calls directly to the appropriate internal specialist, agent, or department.
  • CRM Management: Utilize and navigate the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with a high degree of proficiency to quickly access, verify, and accurately update contact details during and immediately following calls.
  • Multi-Tasking: Seamlessly manage simultaneous tasks, including engaging in conversation, following verification scripts, navigating complex systems, and tracking call outcomes in real-time.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for verified calls and successful transfers, maintaining a performance-driven mindset.
  • Process Adherence: Strictly follow all documented procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines related to outbound calling and data handling.

Requirements

  • Communication: Clear, professional, and confident verbal communication skills with an American accent.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: Proven motivation and tendency to not only meet but exceed performance metrics and targets in a goal-oriented environment.
  • CRM System Proficiency: Demonstrable experience and comfort in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for data entry, look-up, and account tracking.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple screens, databases, and processes simultaneously while maintaining call quality.
  • Detail Orientation: High attention to detail, essential for accurate information verification and data entry.
  • Minimum 6 months of prior experience in an outbound call center, tele-sales, or verification role.
