Customer Sales Associate (CSA)

Summary:
We are hiring Customer Sales Associates to generate qualified leads through outbound calls, promoting residential roofing and solar solutions. The role involves achieving daily targets of live transfers and lead generation while ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using approved scripts to promote roofing/solar solutions
• Achieve daily targets: 2 qualified live transfers & 3 qualified leads
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Transfer qualified leads to clients and meet monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Ensure proper use of allocated hardware/software
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs
