Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Call Center Agents with a proven track record in handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and capable of managing support queries, providing product information, and driving sales through outbound initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding products, services, billing, or technical support.
• Provide prompt and accurate information to resolve customer inquiries.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system and ensure proper follow-up when necessary.
• Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism. - Outbound Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, service renewals, product feedback and sell new products.
• Promote products, services, or upgrades during outbound campaigns.
• Reactivate dormant accounts or cross-sell/upsell to existing customers.
• Record outcomes of outbound calls and update customer profiles in the system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years in a call center or contact center environment, with experience in both inbound and outbound roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
