Job TitleFloor supervisor
Job Responsibilities• Execute and oversee and Company specific objectives and manage all campaign operations/activities.
• Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources.
• Collect and analyze performance/stats. Monitor and improve ordering, Inbound/Outbound telephone handling, surveys, email and chat support and all other operational procedures.
• Evaluate performance with key metrics.
• Ensure that quality standards remain higher than 95%. Subject matter expert on contact center operations including VOIP phone system and should manage/strategize the data flow to associates by personally running the dialer system when required.
• Is responsible for all hardware resources allocated to each associate reporting to him/her (team leads and associates).
• Execute Company objectives and manage all campaign operations/activities.
• Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.
Skills Required• Strong technical expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven project and program management experience, with ability to drive change and transformation.
• Self-motivated and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking with transition to actionable oriented programs.
